Have you ever gazed up at the night sky in awe of the vastness and mystery it holds? Among the countless celestial wonders, one phenomenon reigns supreme - the Milky Way. With its delicate swirls of stardust and billions of stars, it has captivated humankind for generations. And today, armed with modern technology and a passion for exploration, we can capture the ethereal beauty of the Milky Way through photography.

To capture the Milky Way in all its glory, one must find the perfect location that is away from urban light pollution and boasts a clear view of the night sky. Remote mountains, deserts, or secluded beaches often offer ideal conditions, free from artificial light interference. As I’ve embarked on capturing the night sky, my favorite spots have been Diablo Lake in the North Cascades of Washington State and Hurst Island, British Columbia.
